• Work on behalf of BELO, Sinclair, Gannett, LocalTV, Fisher Communications, RAYCOM and Meredith Media companies while building marketing plans and strategies for small to medium sized businesses.
 • Represent over 150 news stations nationwide while conveying the value of online marketing and advertising to customers.
 • Prospect own leads and make between 60 – 100 calls per day

Account Executive

• Directed to oversee coworkers and to be manager in charge of the department when either managers are away
 • Accountable for opening and closing of the department on weekends
 • Focus on maintaining product expertise by keeping up to date on daily hot sellers, merchandising the floor, try-ons, and through fashion magazines/shows/blogs
 • Opening new customer rewards, and following up to create relationships with customers resulting in higher personal trade and increasing sales by $1,000 per appointment
 • Promote and coach relationship based selling skills throughout the store to 10 new hires and seasonal coworkers

Sales Associate

• Analyze month to date and year to date sales to create daily volume goals that resulted in department sales increases and meet productivity expectations for monthly sales goals
 • Set 15 appointments for early access to the Anniversary Sale to meet $1,800 personal goal and result in reaching $29,500 total department event goal for the largest sale of the year
 • Planned 800 seating and guest arrangements at the Nordstrom Designer Preview Fashion Event for top customers across the US that raised $150,000 for the Seattle Art Museum
 • Implemented a floor plan modification shift specific fixtures and items resulting in $2000 increased sales for merchandise that weren't selling well
 • Helped implement a new Fashion Rewards App that allowed customers to scan their Nordstrom card and track rewards benefits from their mobile devices

Retail Managment Internship

• Work with production and marketing managers to package and label products to be distributed to buyers
 • Oversee 10-20 customer calls per day for product orders and questions and processed $10,000 e-commerce sales for Walmart and Amazon through QuickBooks
 • Processed and organized 200 shipping labels per week for execution of shipments to 25 vendors
