8/13 Scheduled Maintenance
Candor's platform will be unavailable today for scheduled maintenance.
Hello Everyone,
Hope you're looking forward to a beautiful August weekend.
We want to make sure you're aware that on 8/13 ( this Saturday) at 6 to midnight PST we will be performing our scheduled maintenance. We anticipate minimal downtime but it will be intermittent throughout the day. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.
To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we're performing this upgrade to our infrastructure on a weekend so we can ensure downtime doesn't affect trading hours and we start the week with a smooth transition.
During this maintenance window, new onboarding will be paused. If you are currently trying to onboard, you will be able to create a profile and save your preferences. However, you will have to come back tomorrow to activate your account. All operations of the platform, including completing your tax preferences and starting your plan, will be available immediately after the maintenance window.
Most importantly, even through the maintenance window we will continue to track email, text and phone calls. Our support team will be online today to help with any questions.
